Dear all,
i have a problem, we have server with AD installated and users with
permission over their shared and private folders.
for a reason we need to change all permission to give other user
permission on others folder.

That sounds more like a task or a job than a problem. What is the problem,
that you don't know how to do it? Mass permission changes are best handled
by CACLS, type CACLS/? to find out the options available.

Additionally, don't grant users permissions to each others' 'private'
folders or home directories. Madness lies down that road. If there's a need
for more shared folder space with different permissions than your main
shared folder, set up another share. Don't use different NTFS permissions
for subfolders within a shared folder. It makes your admin life very
difficult.
