I have asked this in the VBScripting group but thought I would post here as
well:

I want to power down a group of servers and reboot a different group and I
was wondering if there was a script for it?

Try PS-Tools from sysinternals.com there is a utility there (psshutdown)
that can be triggered from a batch file to reboot both local and remote
machines. I use it to reboot my servers out of hours after applying patches
etc.
