Is it possible to script the use of robocopy, I would like to create a batch
file or something of the like for creating new job folders so I can copy the
folder and all of the permissions as well.  Basically I would have a blank
template of the folders with all of the proper rights assigned, and then have
a script in the directory for using robocopy to create a copy of the files w/
their permissions.  I could do it from the server using the robocopy
commandline, but I would like to allow sales to create new job folders.

I suppose this would mean somehow scripting runas as well, because sales
does not have rights to place new folders in the root job folder for the year.
