Script user account, copy profile, add to domain

I do not know if this is the right forum to post this. If it is not, please
advise.
I have a default user profile currently setup on some XP and 2000
workstations. I am looking for a way to do the following:

1.    Create specific user account on each of this workstations/desktops
2.    copy/migrate the default user profile to the new user account
3.    Join the computer to a domain

Is there a way I can accomplish this using scripts? I have to do on about
300 desktops.
