Hello. I'm testing an application (written in PHP) which changes Client-MAC-Adresses on the DHCP-Server. On the Server there are is  a maximum of 250 Clients. At the moments only 25 Clients are registered. All clients are switched off (just testing) On the 64bit-Edition a netsh command takes 40 seconds, on 32bit it only takes 6 seconds. Servers are running Windows2003 R2, Hardware ist IBM x3650 with 8 GB of RAM and two dual-core CPUs (running completely blank, because Servers are brand new). So, whats the reason for this difference? Am I the only one experiencing this issue? All public availbale Hotfixes are installed. DNS is okay. No Domain so far. Any non-public available Hot-fixes for that?
