I have an issue with OALgen on exchange 2007. Some users are not being
published to the OAB. The exchange server logs show the following
error:

Event Type:    Error
Event Source:    MSExchangeSA
Event Category:    OAL Generator
Event ID:    9325
Date:        11/1/2007
Time:        1:27:24 PM
User:        N/A
Computer:    EXCHANGE
Description:
OALGen will skip user entry 'Bill Bob' in address list '\Global
Address List' because the SMTP address '' is invalid.
- Default Offline Address Book

When I pull up the account in the Exchange Mgmt Console I only see a
single SMTP address for the user. Is there a way from the mgmt shell
to check users for blank SMTP addresses? Judging by bthe above error,
could the problem be something other than a blank SMTP address?

Thanks.

Resolved! See:
Offline Address Book: Mystery of The Missing Recipients

The Email Address tab in AD did not reflect the primary smtp address
of that user, resulting in the issue.
