I am trying to script something in IIS 6.0

I am using cscript.exe adsutil.vbs for certain task, what I am trying
to do now is specify the default domain for a web application using
basic authentication.

The script I have now sets the web site to basic auth but I need to
define the "default domain" under directory security.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
