I'm looking for a rackmount Power Distribution Unit (PDU) with integrated
Windows software that gives the ability to turn on and off power to
individual ports on the PDU by commands issued from the command line. Who
makes such a device?

Tons of APC in this shop, and none of it has command line Windows interfaces
to power ports on and off.

No doubt that APC may have one or two such products, but I wanted references
from customers who use it.
