Thanks for all the help I have received here. 

We set the group policy to set home page as our
intraweb and users can not change their home pages.
Now, when the laptop users are not at our network,
They got the "page can not be displayed" message and also
they are not able to change home page.

Do you know what's the best solution for this? when laptop
users are at network, the intraweb launched as home page
and when they are not at network, http://google.com lauched as
homepage?  Is this possible?
