Automating ActiveX MSI package update

I am new to AD. I have an activex MSI package that is published in AD
for automatic installation when users with domain user rights visit a
particular site. This is because our users do not have admin
previleges and hence activex installation does not happen. Hence we
found the following solution from Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/280579.

Now, the problem is, the website that publishes the MSI package is
updating it almost every week and we are finding it difficult to
manually update the published MSI. Assuming that I can automate the
download of the MSI package and store it in a specific area, is there
a way I can automate the process of updating the published MSI package
on AD?
