Please give some more infos about the network, how many dc's and how is DNS
setup in your environment. Also post the complete output from dcdiag /v and
netdiag /v here.

Hello Freddie,

Have you done an inplace upgrade or added the new server and let him take
over? Check that the new server is Global catalog server under AD Sites and
services. Please check for errors in the event viewer under Directory service
and File replication service and post them here.
