I am in the process of upgrading a NT 4 domain controller to windows 2000.
I have sucessfully upgraded the first domain controller to windows 2000, but
when I try to upgrade the second DC it gets hung on the please wait screen
before you have to fill in any information.

Check the event logs for any glaring errors, and also look at
%systemroot%\debug\dcpromo.log.  Feel free to post a bunch of lines here for
additional help.
