2000 - 2003 MigrationWe have only one Windows 2000 server (no Exchange used) that is also our AD
controller. We have purchased a new Server 2003 which we wish to replace our old server with. Can I join the new server to our domain, make it a DC then remove the 2000 box and have the 2003 server be our only AD controller? I thought I heard somewhere that you must first upgrade your 2000 box to 2003 then add 2003 servers but I'm hoping that this is not the case. See:
