Is this the screen lock that you are referring to?  If so and it is domain
based the check your GPO settings for screen saver settings.

Dear Sam,

Is this the default behaviour of Windows, because there is no screen saver
enabled for the users on the PC's.

However please tell me how should i configure the GPO on my AD to disable
this automatic locking of workstations.

Please help. Thanks in advance.
