windoes server SP1 deployment problem

Hi i have installed windows server 2003 SP1 in a server and then i roll it
back because it cause some troubles,now i want to deploy it again but before
it ends installtion it gave me an error box (Access denied) although ima the
domain admin and local admin!!

the Event Viewer?
