Hi im trying to import users into the AD using LDIFDE.exe and cant do it due
to the password complexity policy.  I think i can get round this with out
disabling the policy using the -b switch but i cant figure out the syntax for
the command.  Any help- with this would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

You can't "bypass" the policy with a utility.  If you want to have less
complex passwords you will have to change your AD policy via the domain
policy.
