Can a win 2003 server be a member server of a win2k domain as I am
having problems with the win 2003 server authenticating to my win 2000
domain. I only have a tiny domain with one win 2000 domain controller
(it's a test system). I can add the win 2003 sever to my domain OK but
when I attempt to authenticate to to the win 2000 domain controller it
goes to the "Loading Personal Settings" screen but then just sits there
for an eternity. I then have to RDP to it and do a restart.

Cheers

*** Create a new, dummy user with no roaming profile etc etc and log on as
that user.  The original user may have a corrupt or large profile.
