Hello,

I am using Windows Server 2K3 SP1 and current updates.  The Domain is all
2K3 Servers and the workstations are all XP Pro.
I have occasions when employees get married and no longer want to use their
madien name (which is part of their log on).  Example Jane Doe marries and
her new name is Jane Mitchel, her log on is JDOE.  We have other
applications that also rely on the AD for log on to those applications.  How
do I go about changing that users Log on from JDOE to JMITCHEL.

Thank You

JCLSB

You should also consider renaming objects which reference the old logon id,
such as personal folders etc. Also ensure that any other app which stored its
own logon ids is updated.
