PDC and Exchange - [WildPacket]

WILDPACKET
This morning my Exchange Server was not able to see the PDC and GC.  And the
PDC also failed the REPLMON.  Exchange is in the same site as PDC.  and I
haev 2 GCs in this site.

And now after 1 hour all is well, i did nto do anything.  I ran REPLMON
again on my PDC adn it nwo only failz with one DC in the same site with this
errr

Below are the replication failures detected on Domain Controllers for this
domain:
Domain Controller Name:                   DC03
              Directory Partition:        DC=local,DC=com
              Replication Partner:        City\DC01
              Failure Code:                8446
              Failure Reason:             The replication operation failed
to allocate memory.

One of the DCs appears to be low on (free) memory.

Short term: reboot the affected DC
Long term: add RAM and consider using the /4gb switch, if applicable

Paul Williams [MVP]
You implement /3GB in Boot.ini if you want to allow more memory for
user-mode apps.  See kb328882 and kb823440 for more info.
