DNS - scavenging cycled but no nodes were visited

We keep getting this DNS Event: 2502

The DNS server has completed a scavenging cycle but no nodes were visited.
Possible causes of this condition include:

1) No zones are configured for scavenging by this server.
2) A scavenging cycle was performed within the last 30 minutes.
3) An error occurred during scavenging.
The next scavenging cycle is scheduled to run in 72 hours.

The event data will contain the error code if there was an error during the
scavenging cycle.

What is wrong with it?

This suggests that you have enabled scavenging on a given name server but
have not enabled scavenging and/ or aging on any zones.

Assuming you have enabled scavenging via the advanced tab of the DNS server
properties, you also need to define aging / scavenging on the zones
themselves.  To do this, pull up the properties of a zone and click the
aging button on the general tab.

Use the help/ question mark for help with this window.

We have the days set to 4 days is this on on all levels.  Also we are using
DDNS so do I have to do this only on one DNS server (there are 3 DC's with
DNS on them all)?

Thanks

You configure the zone properties once (that is replicated).  You only
configure scavenging on one server.  The deletes are then replicated to its
peers.
