I have a Windows 2003 Server that been power off for 6 months. It has Active Directory installed and holds all 5 of the FSMO roles for
our domain (I know that sounds really wierd ) Since it has not replicated in 6 months , Active Directory is
tombstoned and refuses to replicate, refuses to demote using dcpromo,
refuses to transfer any FSMO roles using Operations Manager or MMC
